Mold Remediation in Indianapolis, IN

The laundry room shown in these photos suffered severe mold damage last summer. The home remained vacant for three months with a small water leak in the laundry room. The owner shut off the air conditioner and closed up the home while they were out of the country on a business trip. The heat and high humidity of the summer air caused the mold to spread all the way up the wall and completely cover the room. To properly mitigate this mold damage, we removed all of the drywall, insulation, and flooring. We then used an antimicrobial solution to wash all of the wood inside the walls and on the floor. Next, we used an oil-based paint to cover all surfaces to prepare the room for reconstruction. As you can see in the photos, the laundry room is once again beautiful, and the homeowner was completely satisfied and happy with our services. Go Team SERVPRO!
