Residential Water Damage in Indianapolis, IN

Not all water damage results in carpet and pad removal and drywall repairs. If the water source is clean and the problem is addressed quickly, sometimes little or no damage is done. These pictures show the hallway just outside of a bathroom. The water in this case came from an overfilled washer. The hot water supply to the washer did not work, so the homeowner ran a hose from the bathroom to fill the washer with hot water. They started to fill the washer and were sidetracked, resulting in an overfilled washer that spilled out onto the floor.
