1 - Within one hour from the notice of the loss from your Insurance Carrier or our Call Center, a SERVPRO Franchise Professional will contact you to arrange for services to be done. We will discuss with you what damages and losses you’ve experienced so we know exactly what equipment and supplies to pack on our trucks to take care of the damages.
4 - Within four hours from the notice of the loss, a SERVPRO Franchise Professional will be on-site ready to start mitigation services when mitigation is necessary. EVEN AFTER HOURS! We will do a quick walk through to examine the damages and then discuss with you what steps need to be taken to stop the damages from getting worse and clean up the damages. This could include removing water from a flooded basement and setting up blowers and dehumidifiers to get the area dry.
8 - Within eight hours from arriving on-site, a SERVPRO Franchise Professional will contact your Insurance Carrier or property manager to give a verbal briefing of what the job entails and what the plans are moving forward. At this time, we will discuss the full timeline and process of not only cleaning up the damages but also restoring the damaged areas back to normal. *Service Response Guidelines—Exceptions may apply under certain conditions, such as a local catastrophic event or storm situation.
